Bugs fixed for release 4

1. The padding at the top of the sidebar in IE was fixed.
2. The placement of comment count in the sidebar’s latest comments was fixed.
3. The livesearch widh was fixed.

These were fixed for next release. If you found anything else pls let me know, I will include them in release 4. In the meantime download the release 3 and try it out.
